These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PartyHardy mobile app and the partyhardy.app website (together, the "Service"), operated by PartyHardy OÜ (registry code 17456951), Tornimäe 5, Tallinn, 10145, Estonia ("PartyHardy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 17 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account, and of legal age to attend the venues and events you choose to attend. Individual events may set their own age restrictions, which are determined by the venue, not by us. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
PartyHardy helps you discover nightlife events near you — showing which events are live or starting soon on a feed and map, sending optional alerts, and offering occasional free-ticket spins. We are a discovery platform, not the organiser of the events listed. Events, venues, line-ups, timings, entry conditions, and pricing are provided by venues and organisers and can change or be cancelled without notice. We do not guarantee that any event will take place, that you will be admitted, or that any listed detail is accurate.
Some events offer free-ticket "spins". Any ticket you win is subject to availability, is limited to one spin per event, and is valid only for the specific event shown. A won ticket is redeemed by a single scan at the venue — first scan only. We may limit, modify, or withdraw spins and tickets at any time, and we are not responsible for a venue declining entry. Tickets have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

If you enable push notifications and location, PartyHardy sends alerts about live and nearby events and reads your approximate location while the app is open to target them. You can turn either off at any time in the app or your device settings. How we handle location is described in our Privacy Policy.
The PartyHardy name, logo, app, and content (other than venue- or organiser-supplied event information) belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not use our branding without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or of any event information. Your decision to attend any event, and your conduct there, is your own responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartyHardy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from events you attend, venue decisions, cancelled or inaccurate listings, or unavailability of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
