This Cookie Policy explains how the PartyHardy website (partyhardy.app) uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies. It covers the website only — the PartyHardy mobile app is governed by the in-app consent settings and our Privacy Policy.

The website is operated by PartyHardy OÜ (registry code 17456951), Tornimäe 5, Tallinn, 10145, Estonia.

1. Our approach

Nothing non-essential loads until you say yes. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or social-media pixels. When you first visit, we show a banner; analytics only start if you choose Accept. If you Decline (or ignore the banner), no analytics are loaded at all.

The ph_consent entry is "strictly necessary" because it exists solely to record and honour your own choice — it does not track you and is not shared.

3. Analytics provider

If you accept, we use PostHog to understand how the website is used. For this website PostHog is configured for data residency in the European Union, with autocapture, session recording, and heatmaps switched off. We collect only a small number of explicit, anonymous events — never your name, email, or precise location. PostHog acts as our data processor under a data-processing agreement.

4. How to change your choice

Decline at any time: if you previously accepted, clearing your browser's site data for partyhardy.app will remove the ph_consent entry, and the banner will appear again on your next visit so you can choose differently.
Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Because our analytics are cookieless and consent-gated, blocking storage will not break the site.
Do Not Track: if your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, our analytics will not run even if storage is allowed.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
